Smooth functioning of front-desk and reception
- Greet and assist visitors and guests including the provision of support business services including acting as the interface between the client / visitor stakeholders and internal management staff
- Answer all incoming calls, queries and director take messages for the appropriate department in a
professional manner
- Escorting visitors to meeting rooms from the reception
Coordination activities
- Office car maintenance/insurance renewals and lease payments
- Sorting & distribution of incoming mail
- Booking & tracking couriers
- Requisition ing for magazines, newspapers
Provide support to Office Manager
- Tracking and updating car parking records
- Indenting for stationery, cleaning & pantry supplies
- Facilities management – managing roster, allocation of duties and payroll for drivers, pantryboys, housekeeping staff & office boys
- Training for facilities staff
- Vendor onboarding and registration
- Arranging for snacks, office lunches, birthday cakes etc.
- Oversight on food deliveries & ensuring timely service for meetings
