Marketing Administrative Coordinator

Verdantas is growing rapidly through acquisitions across the United States, and we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Admin to help ensure our brand is consistently represented across all internal and external touchpoints.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with employees across the company particularly newly acquired teams, to lead our résumé conversion process and maintain professional, brand-aligned résumés for all employees in professional services roles. You will also support office signage transitions and provide administrative and production support to the Pursuit Marketing and Strategic Communications teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the résumé conversion process for all acquired companies, ensuring consistency in formatting, style, and brand standards.
Maintain and update résumés for all professional services employees, tracking version control and ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
Support office signage transitions, including coordinating with vendors, ensuring brand consistency, and maintaining a signage inventory and approvals workflow.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, clarify details, and ensure deadlines are met promptly and professionally.
Apply strong copywriting and editing skills to refine employee résumés and ensure clarity, quality, and alignment with Verdantas’ voice and writing standards.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all résumé formats, signage, and related materials.
Provide administrative and production support to the Pursuit Marketing and Strategic Communications teams, which may include:
Organizing content libraries and templates
Assisting with internal communications requests
Supporting team project tracking and documentation
Assisting with trade shows, conferences, and other marketing initiatives
Required
Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support roles (or equivalent internship experience for entry-level applicants).
Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for clarity, grammar, and brand voice.
Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to learn and apply brand standards consistently.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly inquisitive, and rapidly growing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in professional services marketing or AEC industry experience is a plus.
Familiarity with brand governance, templates, and content libraries.
Exposure to trade show or event coordination is helpful but not required.
