Service Coordinator; m​/f​/x

Position: Service Coordinator (m/f/x)
Beckhoff implements open automation systems using proven PC-based control technology. The main areas that the product range covers are industrial PCs, I/O and fieldbus components, drive technology, automation software, control cabinet-free automation, and hardware for machine vision.

We are a representative office in Pune, India, and we are actively expanding our team and looking for a suitable Service Co-ordinator.

Responsibilities

inward entry of material in system
physical inspection of material and documents
inform to customer on receipt of material
timely issuance of POs to Vendors, follow-up for order confirmation and co-ordination for on time payment to suppliers, invoicing instructions to accounts department
stock/spare management
service Payment follow-up
to give dispatch instruction to concern dept. and same convey to customer
take a material on RDC and follow-up till close the case
make a list of service material which need to send to Germany
making of SRS Documents and update the database
get the notification/ offers of service items from Germany and same convey to customer
send offers to customer which receives from Germany and get the PO

Qualifications

any graduate (B.

A.,

B.Com,

B. Sc, BBA, etc.)
0 to 2 years of experience
general knowledge of business process
mandatory Knowledge of MS outlook, MS Excel, Word & Power Point
excellent communication skills MANDATORY
highly motivated self-starter with good organizational skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and work cross-functionally
team player mentality, but able to work independently as required
