Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shirwal Pune for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives, scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing communications, preparing expense reports, and handling a range of executive-level tasks efficiently. The role also entails acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while managing sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance.
Expertise in the creation and management of Expense Reports and providing detailed Executive Support.
Exemplary Communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in time management, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
Experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage.
