Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive located in Pune. The Field Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating field operations related to administrative documentation and property management. Responsibilities include interacting with clients, verifying and collecting documents, ensuring timely completion of field tasks, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and addressing client queries promptly.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in document management systems and administrative processes
Ability to work on-site in Pune and familiarity with the local area
Relationship-building and customer service skills
Problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
Experience in real estate, property management, or related fields is a plus
Bachelor's degree
