Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-organized and responsible HR & Admin Executive to support our Pune office. The role includes handling day-to-day administrative operations along with basic recruitment support. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Handle petty cash management , bill settlements, and expense tracking.
Monitor office supplies, courier management, and asset tracking.
Manage meeting room arrangements, and visitor coordination.
Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and operational at all times.
Prepare administrative reports, maintain MIS, and support management with documentation.
Assist with basic recruitment activities (screening, scheduling, follow-ups).
Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and compliance-related records.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or Administrative roles.
Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of HR processes.
