Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Facilities Coordinator. The Facilities Coordinator will manage daily operations of facilities, oversee property and equipment maintenance, and ensure safety compliance. Key responsibilities will include coordinating logistics, managing facility-related projects, collaborating with vendors, and handling budgetary tasks. Strong communication and customer service will be essential to address tenant or employee concerns effectively.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) methods
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address personnel and vendor queries
Experience in Budgeting and managing facility expenses
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and maintain detailed records
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
