Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Personal Assistant.

The Person al Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing the executive's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various clerical tasks. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the executive's professional obligations effectively.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support high-level executives effectively
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for efficient correspondence and interaction
Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling to maintain organized and effective workflows
Solid Clerical Skills to handle office tasks, record-keeping, and documentation accurately
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, calendar tools)
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
