Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate posting of all financial transactions.
Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports.
Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in a timely manner.
Coordinate with auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
Maintain proper documentation and records as per accounting standards.
Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenses.
Assist in internal financial controls and process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Experience in accounting; experience with Tally or other accounting software preferred.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
