Description   We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. This role involves managing financial records, assisting in financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities    Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist in tax preparation and compliance with local regulations.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Conduct audits and assist in the preparation of audit documents.
Maintain organized financial filing systems.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books, or similar) and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
