Role:
Accountant – Accounts Receivable (NAMER Shift)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented  Accountant  to join our  Accounts Receivable (AR)  team in the  NAMER time zone . The ideal candidate will support day-to-day finance operations, collaborate closely with global teams, and engage with customers across multiple regions.
Shift Timing:  7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (NAMER Shift)
Work Mode:  5 Days
• Work From Office (WFO)
What Will You Be Doing
Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions.
Prepare invoices and ensure monthly services are billed according to client agreements.
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Reconcile AR accounts and generate aging reports with detailed analysis.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection efforts.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
Work with Accounting, Finance, and Payroll teams to reconcile accounts and ensure accurate payment application.
Perform reconciliations and analysis for management reporting.
What Do We Need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, ideally in global operations.
Proven experience handling large volumes of transactions.
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—suitable for global collaboration.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Experience with Net Suite, Zendesk, or online payment platforms is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing financial landscapes.
