Job Responsibilities

Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
Analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management to aid in decision-making processes.
Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Assisting in budget preparation and forecasting future expenses and revenues.
Identifying areas for operational improvements and implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
Providing support for external audits by capturing documentation and preparing detailed reports.
Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards and applying them to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
Minimum of two years of substantial experience in accounting or finance.
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Experience with accounting software such as Quick Books or SAP.
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks optimally.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
