Your track record of technical accomplishments speaks for itself. You have demonstrated your ability to contribute at a high level over at least three years for the Software Engineer Level role. We’re flexible with regards to experience for the Associate Software Engineer level.

• Deep understanding of modern software development and test automation with demonstrated experience building infrastructure to test mission critical systems.
• Intense focus on quality, security and scalability.
• Demonstrated expertise with object-oriented languages (Python, C#, C++).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, effectively and efficiently both in writing and verbally.
• Knowledge of Agile development principles and processes.
• Proven competence with test automation supporting technologies and architectures.
• Experience with revision control systems (Git)
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a very fast paced and close- knit team environment
• Ability and desire to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
• Academic achievements are important, but we’re flexible for passionate software developers. It’s simpler if you have a B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or the equivalent. An advanced degree is even better.
• Of course, we build critical infrastructure, so you’ll need to have background check results that are satisfactory to SEL and negative drug test results.

• Familiarity with 3-phase electric power systems
• Systems engineering experience
• Experience with digital communications and modern communications protocols
• Experience programming, configuring and maintaining industrial controls
• Project management skills
