Campus Engagement Manager - Washington State University

Role Description

Collegiate Mobile is looking for a Campus Engagement Manager to lead growth and engagement efforts at Washington State University
. This role will serve as the primary liaison between Collegiate Mobile, our sports marketing partner, and the WSU community — building strong relationships, activating campus audiences, and driving subscriber growth for Cougs Mobile. • Manage the WSU partner relationship and lead monthly/quarterly business reviews
• Identify opportunities to deepen and extend our university partnership
• Recruit, train, and manage Campus Representatives
• Plan and execute on-campus activations across key moments (games, events, student programs)
• Collaborate with Marketing to align digital campaigns with on-campus efforts
• Lead social media activity tied to campus activations
• Develop local partnerships to expand reach among students, faculty, alumni, and fans
• Own subscriber growth goals for Washington State

• Strong skills in Program Management, Project Management, and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives effectively
• Excellent Communication and Consulting skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse groups
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with campus culture at Washington State University is a plus
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Experience with community engagement or event coordination is highly desirable
