Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 3PM - 11:30PM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to model SEL Values to others
- Proven ability to communicate professionally, respectfully and openly to a diverse audience.
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize and delegate work; intervene to remove obstacles as needed.
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes and product flow for up and downstream departments.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and department's business systems (Lotus Notes, Dynamics AX, SQS, etc.)
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL
- Negative drug test result(s)
- College degree (BS or BA)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and department's business systems (Lotus Notes, Dynamics AX, SQS, etc.)

Pay Range DataWe base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for position is $76,100-$112,400 per year. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
