CT Technologist – Jefferson Health
Location: Albert Einstein Medical Center, 5501 Old York Road, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Shift: Weekend Evening.
OverviewCT Technologists perform clinical diagnostic examinations, operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images under Radiologist direction, and maintain accurate documentation in the Radiology Information System.
Responsibilities- Explain radiographic procedure to the patient and collect accurate patient history.
- Perform clinical diagnostic examinations, including necessary room preparation.
- Enter patient and exam data accurately into the Radiology Information System.
- Operate CT equipment to produce CT images of the body for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- 1-3 months experience or training in CT imaging.
- Formal training in an approved program.
- ARRT certification required.
