* Required Qualifications:

*** Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited college or university of optometry requiring course of study of at least four (4) years and a valid State of Washington Optometrist license, including endorsement to use diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents.
* A valid Washington State license to practice optometry required at the time of hire including endorsement to use diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents.
