We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, good computer skills, exceptional communication, listening, and problem‑solving skills. • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
• Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
• Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary
• Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot

• Experience working in a customer‑oriented atmosphere
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

$14 - $15 hourly
