* What You’ll Do:

*** Following established purchasing policies to maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure timely deliveries, and secure competitive pricing.
* Executing strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with company goals.
* Proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, including market fluctuations, capacity limitations, and commodity trends.
* Strengthening supplier partnerships by driving continuous improvement, resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions in line with World Class Manufacturing principles.
* Applying core competencies in business professionalism, data analytics, negotiation, and supplier development to support cost reduction and operational efficiency.
** What Makes You a Great Fit:
*** Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
* Experience working with MRP/ERP systems.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for documentation and collaboration.

** Pay Range
** Buyer I $29.16 - $43.11 per hour. Buyer II $32.06 - $47.38 per hour. We base our starting pay on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location
