Body Shop Manager

S & L Motors is seeking an experienced and dedicated Body Shop Manager to lead our collision repair department in Pulaski, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the body shop operations to ensure high-quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and efficient workflow.

• Manage daily operations of the body shop, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination
• Ensure all vehicles are repaired to industry standards and customer expectations
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and customers
• Oversee inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies
• Hire, train, and supervise technicians and staff members
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare and manage the body shop budget and financial reports
• Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and quality

• Proven experience in body shop management or a similar leadership role
• Thorough knowledge of collision repair techniques and procedures
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with insurance claims and estimating software
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
