Registered Nurse (RN) – Coordinator (Full‑Time)

• Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations.
• Identifies and resolves issues affecting delivery of clinical services and patient flow.
• Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.
• Serves as a resource to staff and external contacts regarding clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitors departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission requirements.
• Provides direct patient care as needed in accordance with scope and standards of practice.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Provides quality patient care and works other shifts/units as needed; may be assigned on‑call.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Associate's degree required. BSN preferred.
• Licenses:
  Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Tennessee or a compact state with Tennessee paperwork filed within 30 days of hire.
• BCLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred;
  Handle with Care preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.
• Proficiency navigating multiple clinical software systems.
• Effective English communication (read, write, speak, and understand).
• Ability to complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.
