Job Type: Full-Time | Nights How You’ll ContributeA House Supervisor RN who excels in this role:
- Provides after‑hours leadership, functions as a resource person for staff, assists in patient care, and is responsible for overall quality of patient care in the facility. Reports to the Senior or Chief Nursing Officer or Administrator on Call.
- Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment.
- Documents patient care given.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.

- Education:
Associate’s degree required. BSN preferred. - Required Skills:
Critical thinking, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. - Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP and HWC within 90 days of hire. - Licenses:
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with the State of Tennessee or a licensed RN from a Compact State with the proper Tennessee paperwork filed within 30 days.
