Requirements- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN
- Current Wound Care Certification required, or within 90 days
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessments
- Developing individualized care plans for patients
- Maintaining open communication with patients and families
- Providing and overseeing appropriate wound care
- Assisting with medications and treatments as needed
- Performing additional patient care duties as assigned
- Optional dental and vision insurance
