About The Role

Integrity Tennessee is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer who takes pride in efficiency, quality, and teamwork. This role is responsible for developing and running high‑quality CNC programs that maximize uptime while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Program efficient CNC tool paths to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
  • Conduct pre‑programming reviews to ensure accuracy and manufacturability
  • Communicate program timing, runtime, and machine issues with team members and leadership
  • Create tooling requests and manufacture required tooling (cutters, tool sets, etc.)
  • Set up work pieces including cores, cavities, and components
  • Ensure the quality of machined parts and meet engineering specifications
  • Meet Shoptalk job deadlines and production schedules
  • Record and track machine downtime using PULSE
  • Proactively identify and report issues affecting machine uptime
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Use Tebis software proficiently
  • Promote a positive, professional, team‑oriented work environment
  • Work required hours based on production workload
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • CNC machining and programming experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of efficient tool path development
  • Experience with machine setup and tooling
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Safety & Training
  • OSHA safety training
  • Crane operation training
  • Forklift operation training

(Training may be provided if not currently certified)
