• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC experience required
• EPA Type II or Universal required
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
• Ability to take after‑hours/emergency calls
• Basic tools and reliable transportation

• Oversee maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Complete service requests and apartment make‑readies
• Respond to emergency and after‑hours maintenance calls
• Supervise vendors and assist with staff oversight
• Maintain inventory and operate within budget
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
