Overview

We’re partnering with a growing company in Pulaski, TN, to add a Controller to their leadership team. This role owns the financial function end-to-end and serves as a key business partner to senior management, helping guide strategy, growth, and operational decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone stepping up from a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Assistant Controller, offering a Controller title with real ownership during a key growth phase of the organization.

• Own accurate financial reporting and close processes, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into performance while maintaining GAAP compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including transactional workflows, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, monitoring results, and supporting forward-looking financial planning.
• Provide financial insight to guide strategic decisions, operational improvements, and investment initiatives.
• Mentor and support the accounting team while promoting accountability, compliance, and process efficiency.
