. We re seeking an experienced diesel technician to perform quality repairs and maintenance on agricultural equipment.

Your main focus is repairing and reconditioning agricultural equipment, using specialized tools to service mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with safety at the forefront. You will participate in ongoing training programs to learn about diesel engines and John Deere equipment.

• Repair and recondition agricultural equipment to optimal condition.
• Perform quality repairs and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Adhere to safety standards and participate in training programs.

• 3+ years of professional hands-on diesel repair experience.
• Ability to operate vehicles and use diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical activity in various weather conditions for extended periods.
• Valid driver s license.

• Formal John Deere training (JDU).
• 10+ years of experience in the agricultural industry.
• Positive tenure with a John Deere dealer.

Salary: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour. Benefits include: medical or HSA insurance, dental, vision, life, paid holidays and PTO, 401(k) with company match, and a signing bonus of $2,000. Overtime premiums, on-call bonus eligibility, and a production-based incentive plan.
