DescriptionAs Assistant Local Manager
, you will work alongside our Local Manager as you lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment and make strong, independent decisions
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
- Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
- Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
- Flexibility and willingness to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous retail/assistant manager and photography experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently
