On-Demand:
Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T0618). Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.75 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests, assist with daily tasks, and provide welcoming service.
• Engage with guests to solve needs and be knowledgeable about tools, products, and store services to improve guest experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards; minimize guest wait times while maintaining service and accuracy.
• Inform guests about current brand launches, store activities, and events; assist with loyalty programs and fulfillment services, including enrollment and activation as needed.
• Explain and demonstrate how to use Wallet and other Target App features; assist with returns following policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leaders to de-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience when needed.
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests; maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Stock supplies during store hours and stay available to assist guests.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards; comply with corporate and store guidelines.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up orders and returns; comply with applicable laws and policies.
• All other duties as needed based on business needs.

• You enjoy interacting with guests and helping others, including team members.
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced, active environment requiring teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving.
• You are open to a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays, peak times).
• Skills to have
  : effective communication, ability to multi-task, welcoming attitude, attention to detail, willingness to educate guests about products and services, ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Cash handling and basic cash office support may be required; ability to lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance (frequently up to 10 pounds).
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments depending on location (e.g., Drive Up, carryout).
