The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

Minimum age requirement: 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience required.
