Hourly rate ranges from $19.16 to $19.41 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager with overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with all company policies and procedures.

• Work up to 38 hours per week.
• Minimum age 18.
• Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
