• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform physical duties that require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Minimum age requirement: 21.
