Managers In Training will learn how to manage daily store operations from experienced leaders, working with Training Managers and Supervising Managers, and gaining hands-on experience across shifts. After training, they join our bench leadership team, assisting during absences and eventually managing their own store. With EG America's extensive network, growth opportunities are plentiful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service
• Assist in building and developing a store team: training, scheduling, coaching
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and ensure shelves are stocked
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in locations with hot food
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of store interior and exterior
• Operate cash register efficiently
• Support food service operations and perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education: High School or GED

Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service, or restaurant leadership

Certifications: Serv Safe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
• High energy and adaptability
• Team-oriented and willing to put in extra effort
• Computer skills are helpful

Scheduling: Full-time, requiring day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Hours & Conditions: Up to 40 hours/week plus overtime

Travel: 5%; ability to deliver deposits and use own vehicle

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk for 8 hours, and work in cold environments

Other: Specialized attire required for food service
