Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver clinical trainings for staff and community members

Classification
  • Full‑time, salary, exempt ($58,000/ year)
  • Minimum hours: 8am-4pm Monday thru Thursday with on‑call week every 4-6 weeks
Ability
  • Must work well independently and within a team
  • Must communicate professionally with interdisciplinary team members
  • Must maintain driver standards per insurance and State requirements
  • Must pass background checks in accordance with company policy and State regulations
  • Has the ability to multitask, is clean and organized, and has a fine attention to detail
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and high‑stress scenarios
  • Has the ability to work with and supervise many different personality types
Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation)
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
  • Must be able to stand, walk, climb, kneel, stoop, bend, crouch, reach, grasp, pinch, and twist
  • Must be able to drive company vehicle and operate wheelchair lift, including the loading and unloading of passengers
Certifications/ Education
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess valid Colorado Driver’s license
  • Must successfully complete Core In‑Service Training and ongoing training as required (training provided by employer)
  • Must maintain CPR/First Aid certification and status as a certified CPR/First Aid Instructor
  • Must possess and maintain a nursing license (LPN, RN) in Colorado
  • Must communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
Job Duties
  • Spends approximately 60% of time supervising and training Direct Support Professionals and Direct Support Supervisors.
  • Ensures agency policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
  • Ensures agency mission and core values are incorporated into the everyday actions of employees.
  • Completes facility monitoring visits as scheduled, and ensures necessary follow‑up is completed.
