Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with strong wound care skills to join our mobile wound care team in Southern Colorado.
Responsibilities- Perform wound assessments, debridement, and advanced procedures, developing and monitoring treatment plans.
- Coordinate care with facilities, families, and home health partners, documenting visits independently.
- Flexible schedule: part-time, full-time, or gradually increasing hours.
- Competitive pay ($105k–$160k), mileage reimbursement, full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance), and optional car allowance.
- Require 2+ years of experience; wound care expertise preferred; reliable transportation.
