• ABILITY TO LEARN AND UNDERSTAND CNC MACHINES
• RUN AND MAINTAIN CNC MACHINES OF VARIOUS TYPES
• MAINTAIN QUALITY STANDARDS OF MACHINED PARTS

• CERTIFICATION/DEGREE BUT CAN BE SUBSTITUED FOR YEARS OF WORK EXPERIANCE
• VERIFIABLE TRANE MACHINING CERTIFICATION AT TIME OF POSTING.
• 5 YEARS OF CNC AND TOOLING
• PRECISE MEASURING, CRANE, AND FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE
• COMPUTER SKILLS
• DEMONSTRATED INTERACTION/COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
• MUST BE SELF-MOTIVATED & ABLE TO MEET PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS WITH LITTLE SUPERVISION.
• MUST BE ADEPT IN PROGRAM EDITING & TROUBLE SHOOTING OF MACHINING PROBLEMS
