Responsibilities- Work the line in multiple stations.
- Think critically and problem‑solve issues on the line; escape issue as needed.
- Train on safety, company policy, scheduling, overtime, standard work and NCMS.
- Train on communication, MDI Board, LGS and leadership skills.
- Ensure pull system and business standards (including TAKT sheet expectations, escalation processes) are followed.
- Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders.
- Work on 9 steps, NCMS, BBS, MDI Board, 5s, TPM, and run GEMBA/LGS.
- Write or re‑write standard work, conduct audits and continuous improvement; drive safety culture.
- Cover for WGM when not present; maintain schedule, overtime, and personnel training.
- Ensure RA 10% YOY improvements on line; meet quality metrics using BOS tools.
- Conduct safety audits throughout the line; drive safety culture.
- Work with WGM to achieve Plant KPI.
- Minimum 2‑year experience in addition to being a TLDP Graduate.
- TLDP Graduate or Weld Certification.
- Some knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Ability to cover when WGM is not present.
Base Pay Range for Colorado Residents: $26.34 to $37.00 (minimum to maximum of pay ranges).
