• Sorting, and retreving items from an automated light tree carousel storage system.
• Receives, reviews, and processes various types of publication orders.
• Reviews orders, makes necessary annotation and encloses correct explanatory note as required for each type of order processed.
• Notifies supervisor or senior supply technician when stock needs to be ordered.
• Sorts out foreign orders in accordance with specifications set forth by various organization customers.

• U.S. Citizenship is Required
• Selectee must pass preemployment requirements prior to appointment
• Males born after 12/03/59 must be registered for Selective Service
• Selectee may be required to serve a one year probationary period
• Selectee must be able to obtain and maintain a Suitability Security Clearance.
• Selectee must undergo a background investigations for a Suitability clearance.
• Selectee must undergo a background investigations for a Suitability investigation.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Work requires frequent bending, stooping, and stretching to retrieve, adjust, and replenish shelf stock, and lifting of full mail sacks and cartons.
• WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  In a warehouse setting, work on concrete floors and have frequent exposure to industrial trucks, wooden pallets, and metal containers. Safety precautions are emphasized.

  Work is performed indoors in a warehouse environment and temperatures are subject to seasonal variations
