Pueblo Speech and Neurological Rehabilitation Center is excited to welcome a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to our growing team! We are an outpatient speech therapy clinic serving individuals across the lifespan. We are looking for a candidate that is excited to grow their clinical skills to be able to treat a wide variety of diagnoses and age ranges with a strong focus on adult neurological populations.

This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills in an outpatient setting with on-site mentorship, structured supervision, and collaborative clinical support—making it an excellent fit for both experienced clinicians (CCC-SLP) and those completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF).

Our clinic is locally, woman, and clinician owned. Clinical fellows benefit from onsite mentorship with an experienced clinician bringing over a decade of clinical and supervisory knowledge, ensuring strong support, individualized guidance, and access to a wide range of resources.

• Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position
• Outpatient setting
• Caseload includes a variety of speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across the lifespan
• Open to CFY candidates and clinicians of all experience levels

• On-site CF supervision provided by an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist
• Ongoing mentorship in evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making
• Collaborative team environment that encourages questions and skill development

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligible for state licensure in Colorado
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Ability to complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Interest in treating a diverse outpatient caseload, including adult neurological populations
