We’re hiring Outpatient Clinicians to work with youth clients at various locations in Pueblo, CO.

What You’d Be Doing:

• Administering screenings, assessments, and facilitating collaborative treatment planning;
• Providing individual, couples/family, and/or group services;
• Maintaining accurate, compliant, and up‑to‑date client records;
• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and trainings;
• Meeting performance standards related to documentation, caseload management, and productivity;
• Working collaboratively and representing Health Solutions with community agencies and partners; and
• Performing other job‑related duties as requested and assigned based on program and client needs.
