Mortgage Lending Manager

Frontier Bank is seeking a Mortgage Lending Manager to oversee mortgage lending operations across our branch locations. This position will play a key role in ensuring our mortgage processes meet all regulatory, investor, and internal policy requirements while supporting our lending teams to provide a smooth and compliant lending experience.

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Oversee and support mortgage lending staff across all Frontier Bank branches.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state mortgage lending regulations, including Freddie Mac and in-house portfolio loans.
• Monitor and maintain current knowledge of regulatory changes and investor (Freddie Mac) guideline changes affecting mortgage lending, and implement updates to policies and procedures as needed.
• Conduct regular internal reviews and audits to verify compliance with investor requirements, lending laws and internal policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related questions within the mortgage department.
• Coordinate with senior management to maintain efficient, compliant, and customer-focused lending operations.
• Provide ongoing training and support to mortgage lending staff on compliance matters.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in mortgage lending compliance or mortgage operations management.
• Strong working knowledge of mortgage regulations, including Freddie Mac guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple branch locations and support staff remotely.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to the ever-changing regulatory environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
