• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
• Colorado Teaching License from the Colorado Department of Education
• Elementary Education Endorsement, Mathematics Endorsement or 5-Year Substitute Authorization.

• Previous experience working with students
• Demonstrated compassion and understanding for children
• Demonstrated ability to work tactfully / cohesively with students, staff, administrators, parents, and community members
• Demonstrated strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Demonstrated organizational ability, effective time management, and commitment to job duties

Hourly Position - 20-28 hours per week

$27.00 per hour / No Fringe Benefits

• Tutor and assist children aged, 6th - 8th Grade, in the development of mathematics skills.
• Engage in academic activities, either one-on-one or with small groups.
• Follow lesson plans to assist students' academic reading needs.
• Collaborate and work closely with principal, and teachers, to assess students' needs and how best to address them.
• Maintain accurate record keeping of program services.
• Perform any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
