A growing post-acute care practice in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative care team serving skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. This part-time opportunity (2–3 days per week) offers a productivity-based compensation model with uncapped earning potential, strong administrative support, and flexibility for physicians seeking balance without sacrificing income.
Responsibilities- Part-time schedule: 2–3 days per week
- Post-acute care setting including skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities
- Collaborative, team-based practice environment
- Strong back-office and administrative support
- EMR training and ongoing technical support provided
- Annual compensation range: $248,000–$276,000, based on productivity
- Fee-for-service model with uncapped productivity bonuses
- Part-time benefits available
- Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage
- CME allowance
- Leadership and professional growth opportunities
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Colorado medical license or ability to obtain
- Post-acute care experience preferred but not required
