A growing post-acute care practice in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative care team serving skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Position Details

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
