4) The group is offering the highest compensation in the market for SNF work $250,000 base and potential to earn $300,000 Very minimal overnight call coverage 20 days of PTO CME: 3 days off and $2,000 stipend $3,600 per year towards your health insurance (3 plans to choose from)
