Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)
Location: Pueblo, Colorado
Compensation: $240,000 + Sign-on Bonus + Exceptional Benefits

Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $240,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
$5,000 after orientation
$5,000 after one year of successful employment

Supportive, team-centered work environment
Provide comprehensive primary care services to both adult and pediatric patient populations
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
Deliver wellness services, preventive care, and patient education
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers, nurses, and support staff
Adhere to organizational policies and state/federal regulatory requirements
Ensure documentation and care delivery align with quality and managed-care standards
Active Colorado Medical License (MD or DO)
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine
Current DEA certificate, including Suboxone DEA
CPR and ACLS certification (or willingness to complete within 3 12 months)
Eligible for malpractice insurance coverage
Proficiency with electronic medical records and general computer use
