The Rental Coordinator works with the customer to assist in determining which machine is best suited to the job and coordinates rental transactions on a daily basis in a manner that reflects the company's vision of working as “One Professional Team.”
Pay Rate: 22.00
-32.20 per hour. Pay Rate dependent on education and experience.
Location:
2225 N Interstate 25, Pueblo, CO 81008
- Essential functions:
Invoicing Caterpillar and non-CAT rentals, damage charges, and demos; process AG, Caterpillar, and non-CAT rentals and invoices; maintain records on rental equipment transferred or sold from the Rental Fleet; understand and apply applicable taxes to invoices; review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy and completeness; assist with preparation, processing, and distribution of rental, credit, and sales documents; input lost-sales rental data;
use DBS to input reservations, write rental contracts, process exchanges, write pick-up tickets, close rental invoices, and manage data in shipping/receiving screens; handle overdue contracts and expired reservations; coordinate shipping and receiving with yard personnel; understand which inventory should be rented; complete rental transactions through direct customer contact; assist walk-ins with availability and options; quote rates and help customers choose equipment;
assist customers with invoicing or account issues; help customers locate and select correct machine for their job; perform other duties as assigned by manager
- High School Diploma or GED;
College Degree preferred - 1 year experience in a heavy equipment environment with customer service responsibilities; 1-3 years administrative/clerical experience; 1-3 years customer service experience
