Get to Know Your Team
  • Hillcrest Hospital Pryor is a 48-bed acute care hospital that provides a range of health care services to the community, including emergency services, urology, ENT, gastroenterology, cardiology,opedics, general surgery, and wound care.
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI procedures, schedule procedures, and initiate new procedures.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities.
  • Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
  • Assist with moving patients when needed.
  • Assist with other activities as deemed necessary for the day‑to‑day operation of the department.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret the appropriate information to identify each patient’s requirements relative to their age‑specific needs, and to provide care needed as described in the department’s competency plan.
Job Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited two‑year Radiologic Technology training program in a school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the AMA.
  • Competency in components of Radiography and MRI practice as appropriate.
  • Current ARRT license (upon hire).
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred

Job Requirements
  • 1 year of experience.
  • Advanced MRI preferred.
