Sr Salesforce Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a Sr Salesforce Developer to join their team. As a Sr Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the Salesforce CRM Development team supporting multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Salesforce Developer

Location: Seattle, WA, Provo, UT, Dallas, TX, or Reston, VA (In-office required on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday; Remote on Wednesday and Friday)

Pay Range: $139,500 - $152,000

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce platform solutions to support business processes across various departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor and review code for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Identify and reduce system technical debt to ensure optimal platform performance.
• Support end-user experience through thoughtful UX design and innovative backend/frontend solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of development experience, with at least 3 years on the Salesforce platform in a complex environment.
• Significant experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer 1, 2, or JavaScript Developer 1 are preferred.
• Professional fluency in English and experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
