In this onsite role, you ll work directly with adults navigating mental health challenges—building relationships, offering support, and helping clients access the resources they need to move forward. Schedule: Monday-Friday (plus 2 weekend days a month), 11:30 AM-8:00 PM
Compensation: $19.14-$29.58 DOE and Licensure

What You'll Do As a Case Manager- Conduct client assessments and help develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate services with therapists, doctors, nurses, and other care providers
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Document services accurately and maintain updated case notes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive support
- Use creativity, empathy, and problem-solving skills to help clients overcome challenges
Applicants must meet ONE of the following:
- Bachelor s degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
- Bachelor s degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
- Valid driver s license
- Basic understanding of Social Work principles
- Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
- Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
